Whole Farm CSA – Monthly Pick up on the Farm

SOLD OUT FOR 2024. We offer a whole-farm CSA, where all of our farm products are included. Each month (May – October), CSA members will receive a bounty of freshly harvested, seasonal, certified organic vegetables, fruits, herbs, and spices that are grown here on the farm, one dozen eggs, and three mix-and-match four-packs of all flavors Yellow Belly cider, root beer, and ginger ale. Beverages can be substituted for maple syrup, or honey. You must be 21 years of age to choose Yellow Belly in your CSA and ID’s will be checked at pick-up.

How it works

Members join the CSA prior to the harvest season. Cost for the season is $390 and can be PURCHASED VIA OUR ONLINE STORE or at the farm in the cider barn.

There are a total of six CSA pick-ups, once per month beginning in May and ending in October. Each month, Sapsucker Farms will inform members as to when the harvest is ready, and members may then come to pick up their bounty here at the farm. The specific pick-up day is flexible, knowing that some members may be traveling a distance to pick up their bounty. Farmer Debbie will let you know when the harvest is ready, and you can just let her know which days work the best for you to come and pick it up. Sorry, no deliveries.

The early season boxes have lots of greens, herbs, and early season produce, and as the season progresses, the harvest becomes quite substantial. Growing seasons vary from year-to-year so some crops may do better than others. Each month, Farmer Debbie will let the members know what to expect for that month’s harvest. To better understand what members receive, you can review the posts from the 2020 CSA , 2021 CSA , 2022 CSA, 2023 CSA to see what members received.
