Farm Beverages

In addition to our award-winning Yellow Belly hard cider, we also have a number of NON-ALCOHOL beverages that we produce here on the farm. Note: All farm beverages are not certified organic.

Root Beer

Jim LOVES root beer. And since we are now a commercial beverage producer, it didn’t take long for us to add farm-made root beer to the menu. Many customers report that it is the best they’ve ever had.

Agua Fresca

This is a Mexican-style non-alcohol fruit juice beverage with fresh fruit juice and herbs. Selections will change throughout the season, such as a watermelon-lime, pineapple mint, honey dew melon or whatever fruit is in season. A refreshing choice for those who are looking for low sugar beverages.

Infused Water

A refreshing, NO SUGAR option. Filtered water infused with fruits and herb combinations such as citrus (orange, lime, lemons), cucumber mint, basil, and other fresh-grown items right from the farm, or in-season fruits.

Ginger Ale

Since we grow ginger right here on the farm, we wondered what REAL ginger ale made with REAL, freshly harvested ginger would be like. It’s pretty darn good. U.S. Open Cider Championship agrees as this won a gold medal in the 2020 competition for non-alcohol beverages.

Slushees – non-alcohol and hard cider options

This is a new, fun, seasonal beverage with both non-alcohol and alcohol options. For non-alcohol, we have a root beer cream, which is basically a root beer float. Super yum. For alcohol options, we will always have a fruity flavored hard cider slushee, such as pineapple, strawberry, or other favorites. Always refreshing on a hot summer day.

Sparkling apple juice

On a limited, and rotational basis, we have sparkling apple juice (non alcohol) as a refreshing alternative.

Kombucha – TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK

Actually, we call it “Quambucha” because it’s made right here in Quamba Minnesota. What is kombucha? It is a non-alcohol beverage made from fermented tea with some some flavors added. It is made by our cider producer, Nate Robertson, so he deserves all of the credit for this award-winning beverage, which, by the way, won a gold medal in the U.S. Open Cider Championship 2020 kombucha competition.
