Yellow Belly Juicy Apple Cider

Our original cider, introduced in February 2015. It is a refreshing semi-sweet cider that tastes like a bite of a fresh, juicy apple. 5.5% ABV Not too sweet, not too dry. Available in 12 oz. 4/pack cans.

Yellow Belly Dry Cider

A dry version of our classic juicy apple cider. Fresh apple flavor with a dry finish. 5.5% ABV available in 12 oz four-pack cans.

Yellow Belly Ginger Cider

Don’t tell a Minnesota farmer that ginger can’t be grown in this state. Not only do we grow apples, we also grow the ginger used in our Yellow Belly Ginger cider. While ginger is a powerful spice, we don’t let the ginger overpower the taste. Yellow Belly Ginger Cider is semi dry with a semi-dry cider with a nice balance of apple and ginger flavors, with a very subtle citrus finish. 5.5% ABV. Available in 12 oz. 4/pack cans.

Yellow Belly Barrel Aged Cider

Yellow Belly Barrel Aged is aged in freshly emptied bourbon barrels. The result is a pristine, semi-dry cider with a fresh apple flavor, with a mild bourbon and oak finish. Tastes a lot like an apple dumpling with bourbon sauce. 6.5% ABV. Available in 12 oz. 4/pack cans.

This cider is semi dry and the herb adds a subtle hint of basil with a lemon finish. 5.5% ABV. Available on tap seasonally.

Yellow Belly Cayenne Pepper Cider

This cider is semi dry and with a pepper flair that complements the apple flavor. 5.5% ABV. Available in 12 oz. 4/pack bottles seasonally and available on tap.

Yellow Belly Cranberry Rose’ Cider

This beautiful, slightly pink cider has a distinct apple flavor with just a bit of bite from the fresh cranberry juice from a fellow farmer in Wisconsin. This cider is semi dry and with a crisp, tart cranberry accent that complements the apple flavor. 5.5% ABV current available only on tap.

Yellow Belly Apple Pie Cider

Made with all of the favorite apple pie spices infused in a hard cider: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, in a delicious semi-sweet flavor. 5.5% ABV available in four pack cans.

Yellow Belly Caramel Apple Cider

A scrumptious flavor of a caramel apple on a stick, only without the stick and the sticky mess that comes along with it. 5.5% ABV available in four-pack cans

Yellow Belly Minnesota Wildflower Cider

Very unique and refreshing, infused with the beautiful flower, Bergamot that grows naturally in our native wildflower prairie field. Exclusively available here on the farm in our cider barn. 5.5% ABV, available only on tap seasonally.

A delicious cider infused with cherry juice from Michigan. A fun combination of apple and cherry flavors. 5.5% ABV available in 12 oz 4-pack cans.

Made with FRESH rhubarb harvested right here from a local farm AND our own farm. So fresh, tart and juicy. Available in 12 oz 4-pack bottles. 5.0% ABV.
