Sapsucker Farms currently offers 11 different varieties of hard cider plus one seasonal/limited release on tap. All of these flavors are available on tap in the cider barn and in 4-pack cans or bottles to go.

Yellow Belly Juicy Apple Cider
Our original cider, introduced in February 2015. Made with a blend of over 80 different varieties of apples, grown on our farm and from other Minnesota orchards. It is a refreshing semi-sweet cider that tastes like a bite of a fresh, juicy apple. 5.5% ABV Not too sweet, not too dry. Available in 12 oz. 4/pack cans.
Yellow Belly Ginger Cider
Don’t tell a Minnesota farmer that ginger can’t be grown in this state. Not only do we grow apples, we also grow the ginger used in our Yellow Belly Ginger cider. While ginger is a powerful spice, we don’t let the ginger overpower the taste. Yellow Belly Ginger Cider is semi dry with a semi-dry cider with a nice balance of apple and ginger flavors, with a very subtle citrus finish. 5.5% ABV. Available in 12 oz. 4/pack cans.
Yellow Belly Barrel Aged Cider
Yellow Belly Barrel Aged cider is our the highest-award cider, earning a 2017 GLINTCAP Gold medial in the wood-aged category, 2016 US Open Cider Cider championship Gold medal for wood-aged category, and a 2018 GLINTCAP bronze medal in the wood-aged category. Our cider is aged in freshly emptied bourbon barrels. The result is a pristine, semi-dry cider with a fresh apple flavor, with a mild bourbon and oak finish. Tastes a lot like an apple dumpling with bourbon sauce. 6.5% ABV. Available in 12 oz. 4/pack cans.
Yellow Belly Lemon Basil Cider
Introduced in August 2018. This delightful cider is infused with fresh lemon basil herb grown here on our farm. Lemon basil is a fragrant variety of the basil herb, with a distinct lemony accent. This cider is semi dry and the herb adds a subtle hint of basil with a lemon finish. 5.5% ABV. Fresh out on the market, this cider has already earned a 2018 GLINTCAP bronze medal in the spiced cider category. Available in 12 oz. 4/pack cans.
Yellow Belly Cayenne Pepper Cider
This is our newest seasonal flavor, introduced in November 2018. This delightful cider is infused with fresh cayenne and sweet bell peppers grown here on our farm. For those who don’t like spice, fear not, it isn’t scary, but has just a delicate tingle. l This cider is semi dry and with a pepper flair that complements the apple flavor. 5.5% ABV. Available in 12 oz. 4/pack bottles and 1/4 bbl kegs.
Yellow Belly Cranberry Rose’ Cider
This beautiful, slightly pink cider has a distinct apple flavor with just a bit of bite from the fresh cranberry juice from a fellow farmer in Wisconsin. This cider is semi dry and with a crisp, tart cranberry accent that complements the apple flavor. 5.5% ABV. Available in 12 4-pack cans.
Yellow Belly Minnesota Wildflower Cider
Very unique and refreshing, infused with the beautiful flower, Bergamot that grows naturally in our native wildflower prairie field. Exclusively available here on the farm in our cider barn. 5.5% ABV, available in 12 oz. 4/pack bottles.
Yellow Belly Apple Pie Cider
A delicious cider infused with apple pie spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves. 5.5% ABV available in 12 oz 4-pack cans.
Yellow Belly Rhubarb Cider
This fresh, delicious seasonal was introduced in June 2020. Only available on tap on the farm while supplies last during the spring and summer seasons. now available in 12 oz 4-pack bottles. 5.0% ABV.
Blue Betcha Blueberry cider
Originally developed for the Minnesota State Fair. Now you can enjoy Blue Betcha, on tap or in cans throughout the state. 5.5% ABV

Pineapple cider was one of our limited release ciders, and it is now on tap as well as in 4 pack cans. 5.5% ABV
Maple Bourbon Cider
LIMITED RELEASE on rotation only. After emptying the bourbon barrel filled with our maple syrup to make bourbon maple syrup, we fill the barrel with cider. The result is this delicious maple bourbon cider, a springtime treat. Very limited release. 6.9% ABV
