Here is what CSA members will find in their FINAL CSA of the 2026 season: CERTIFIED ORGANIC PRODUCE including ginger and turmeric (roots plus the full stem and leaves which are all edible), two winter squash (butternut, buttercup, delicata, or acorn), peppers (sweet and hot), onions, garlic, sage, greens (kale, collards, shard), grab bag item (options: egg plant, leeks, cucumbers, extra peppers and other stuff), potted herb plant (options: Italian basil, rosemary, lemon basil), PLUS one dozen eggs and three four packs of beverages to mix and match as they please. THANK YOU to all of the members who joined us on this farming journey this year. We are already looking forward to and planning the growing for the 2027 Organic CSA which goes on sale January 1st 2027

Here is what members will find in their September 2026 CSA: Certified organic greens (kale, chard, collards), beets with greens, ripe and green heirloom tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, salge, 18-pack of eggs, multiple varietiesof apples, leets, basil, and three four packs of beverages.

August CSA contents include: certified organic garlic, onions, vine-ripened heirloom tomatoes, peppers (sweet and hot), basil, cucumber, greens (kale, chard, collards), early season apples (Zestar!, Beacon, Chestnut crab) plus one dozen eggs and three four packs of beverages. Here is a behind-the-scenes look at the harvesting for August 2026.

For the July 2026 CSA, members will receive certified organic crops of: cabbage, sweet bell and banana peppers, beets with greens, scallions, fennel, beens (dragons tongue, green beans and yellow beans) and Italian basil. PLUS one dozen eggs, a combo of chicken eggs, and duck eggs from a local farmer, AND three four packs of beverages (12 total) mix and match as you please.
