In our apple orchards, we grow over 40 different varieties of apples. Many varieties are great for eating, baking, and storage but most of our varieties are best for making delicious, fresh, apple cider, and is used in producing our Yellow Belly hard cider. There is a very limited amount of apples available for sale, as the majority is used for making cider.
