Why no refunds on classes?
While we do understand that life can take a turn at the last minute and you may not be able to attend a class that you signed up to attend. Unfortunately, we are just not able to do refunds, for several reasons: 1.) the instructors have already purchased and prepped the materials and tools for all participants who signed up for the class 2.) we are not able to sell the ticket that is now being refunded 3.) When tickets are purchased, we pay a 3% credit card fee, and for refunds we pay 3% credit card fee again, leaving us with a 6% credit card fee for that one ticket, a cost that we have to absorb. Thank you for your understanding.
