In addition to our award-winning Yellow Belly hard cider, we also have a number of NON-ALCOHOL beverages that we produce here on the farm.
Root Beer
Jim LOVES root beer. And since we are now a commercial beverage producer, it didn’t take long for us to add farm-made root beer to the menu. Many customers report that it is the best they’ve ever had.
Organic Apple Juice
Made from organic apples grown on our farm. Enjoy a refreshing cold glass of juice all year round. During the cold season, warm up with a hot cider mulled with delicious spices.
Ginger Ale
Since we grow ginger right here on the farm, we wondered what REAL ginger ale made with REAL, freshly harvested ginger would be like. It’s pretty darn good. U.S. Open Cider Championship agrees as this won a gold medal in the 2020 competition for non-alcohol beverages.
Organic Juices
Delicious, nutritious, refreshing, and beautiful juices made from vegetables and fruits grown right here on the farm. Seasonally available, options include: carrot, green apple, sweet apple, beet, and ginger. Combine them all together and delight your palate and your body.
Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade
Seasonally available, made with fresh-squeezed lemons and often combined with other fruits to add some juicy variety such as strawberries, limes, or watermelon.
Organic Herbal Teas
Delicious herbal teas made from organic herbs and spices grown right here on the farm. Current options include: lemon basil, ginger, turmeric, ginger/turmeric, Thai basil, mint, bee balm, anise hyssop and anything else we can grow and dry. Complement a cup of tea with a spoonful of our honey from the farm.
Agua Fresca
This is a Mexican-style non-alcohol fruit juice beverage with fresh fruit juice and herbs. Selections will change throughout the season, such as a watermelon-lime, pineapple mint, honey dew melon or whatever fruit is in season. A refreshing choice for those who are looking for low sugar beverages.
Root Beer Float Slushy
Seasonally available. Cool off with a delicious root beer float slushy, made with our famous root beer, mixed with vanilla ice cream and slushified to perfection.
