Here is what CSA members will find in their July CSA: Cabbage, beets with greens, fennel, beans, hot and sweet peppers, basil, greens (kale, chard, beet greens), 1 doz eggs, three four packs of their choice.
Here is what CSA members will find in their June harvest bag: Japanese turnips with greens, purple bok choy, beet greens, giant kohlrabi, basil (Italian or Thai), one grab-bag item (choice of: radishes, more turnips, parsley, kale, zucchini, or chard), one dozen eggs, and three four packs of beverages.
The first CSA harvest for 2025 is ready. For the May harvest, members will find GOBS of GREENS in their bags including: Lettuce (either bibb or romaine), bok choy, spinach, radishes with greens, pea shoots, sunflower shoots, mint, plus and 18-pack of fresh farm eggs and three four packs of beverages.
